A Summer Not To Be Forgotten

As I finally get back to bloggin again, all I can say is "what a summer!" Since my last blog, I have experienced the following momentous events: a time of personal reflection and evaluation; the best church outreach I have ever been involved with; incredible prophetic services with Andre van Zyl; the wedding of my daughter Ashley; a relaxing vacation at the beach and a week of General Council meetings in Indianapolis. Next week, I will drop off my youngest daughter Amber at college to begin her freshman year. Through my personal reflection season, I have determined that my work is not finished yet in the Harrisburg Region! After almost 11 years, I feel like we are just getting started. The Harrisburg Convoy of Hope Outreach that reached 4,500 people with the gospel was awesome with 279 people getting saved. Again this year, Andre blessed our church with words from the Lord that were right on. Marrying my daughter on the beach to her new husband Joe was a wonderful, unstressful experience. Reading inspirational books on the beach was very relaxing and faith building. General Council was a great time to reconnect with lifelong friends, attend seminars and powerful church services and experience the blessing of belonging to a good fellowship called the Assemblies of God. All I can say is "what a summer!" This summer will not be forgotten!
